If your wedding date is available we advise booking your free consultation as soon as possible while the date is still available.
Please note we only do combined ceremony and bridal party flower packages or hire only packages
We do not provide just bridal party flowers alone without ceremony decoration.Minimum order for combined bridal party flowers and ceremony decoration packages is €595
Church Hire items only (No fresh flowers )- minimum order 240 eur0 - delivery charges may apply depending on distance from Kiltimagh

Terms and conditions
Booking is only secured once non refundable deposit of €100 is paid - this is to hold date - final decisions on flowers and decoration can be made/changed later
Deposit can be paid by cash/cheque/laser/credit card/directly into bank account - please contact us for details.
Balance must be paid in full before set up of church/venue.
Balance can be paid by following methods:
Cash on delivery 2hrs prior to ceremony
Cheques for final balance must be recieved min 10 days prior to wedding and made payable to Jacqueline James - please contact me for postal address

It is important that you contact us if you have not recieved a receipt for your deposit withing 7 days to ensure that we have recieved it.
Booking for hired items will only be guaranteed with deposit of €100 and provided the customer agrees to the 3 conditions listed below. A hire agreement will be provided to the customer
1. In the event of loss or damage to any items while on hire, the customer will be liable for cost of repair or replacement of the items.
2. The customer must provide credit card/debit card details in advance of date items are required and sign a contract agreeing to these terms and conditions
3. Church/civil venue/wedding reception will only be set up once full payment has been recieved
Church Hire items - minimum order €250 plus delivery charge
Wedding Flowers and hire items combined- Minimum order €595 euro plus delivery charge if outside Connaught
Please check in advance for any restrictions on flowers/lanterns at your church - real flame and battery candles available for lanterns - all lanterns are enclosed
If, in the unlikely event we are unable to supply some or all of the exact flowers requested due to supply difficulties, we would contact you to discuss alternatives to the same value of flowers ordered.
Acceptance of flowers
Once the customer has accepted the flowers it is deemed that they are fully satisfied with the quality, condition and arrangement of the items.
